NEET UG 2024 Re-Examination Admit Card Released- Download here
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the 'Admit Card' for NEET UG 2024 re-exam (for 1563 candidates) on Thursday, June 20, 2024. The 1563 candidates who got grace marks can download the admit card from the official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
The National Testing Agency conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG)-2024 for more than 24 lakh candidates on 05 May 2024 (Sunday) from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM (IST) at 4750 different centers located in 571 cities across the country including 14 cities outside India. The result of which was released on 4 June. Since the day of NEET exam on 5 May, serious allegations are being made on NEET Exam 2024 one after the other. First the NEET paper leak case and then the NEET result scam.
A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Thursday, June 13, 2024 regarding the irregularities in the NEET UG exam. The Supreme Court has ruled to cancel the NEET UG 2024 result of those 1563 candidates who were given grace marks. These 1563 students will have to appear for the NEET 2024 exam again. For which the admit card has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
For those students who do not want to appear for the exam again, the NEET UG results will be declared on the basis of the examination held on May 5 without grace marks. At the same time, the Supreme Court said that it will not stop the counseling of NEET-UG 2024.
While hearing the petitions filed after the NEET result, the Supreme Court said that the NEET exam will be conducted again for these 1563 students on June 23 and the result of this re-NEET exam will also be released before June 30. So that the counseling starting in July is not affected and the counseling of all the children can be done simultaneously from the predetermined date of July 6.
