Rules and regulations regarding refund of institute fees
Test Packages & Admission Fee: Once purchased, test packages and admission fees will not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Discontinuation of Studies: Students who wish to discontinue studies at the institute may request a refund according to the guidelines established by the District Collector, Sikar on 12 May, 2016.

After 90 days of admission, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.
Students who secure admission in Government Medical or Government Engineering colleges may receive a refund of 50% of the deposited amount (after deducting GST) even after 30 days, upon submission of the following documents:
Refund Process: Only parents/guardians of the student are eligible to apply for refunds. Refunds are processed exclusively through cheques after submission of a written application.
Application Method: Refund requests via email, fax, telephone, mobile, or SMS will not be entertained. Only written applications using the official refund request form (available on our website) will be processed.
No refund shall be provided to any student who is rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds. For any legal disputes, jurisdiction will be exclusively in Sikar (Rajasthan).
Rules and regulations regarding hostel accommodation fees

After 20 days: Students leaving the hostel after 20 days of admission will be required to pay one month's additional fee in addition to the applicable deductions.
Fee Structure: Hostel fees are collected in 3 installments. A ₹10,000 security deposit plus 2 months' hostel fee must be deposited at the time of admission.
Visitor Policy: Only guardians with institute-issued identification cards will be permitted to visit students in the hostel. Parents/guardians are not allowed to stay in the hostel.
Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, tablets, and similar electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
Payment Advisory: Always deposit fees directly at the institute office. Do not give fees to any hostel employee (warden, guard, supervisor, etc.).
Leaving Premises: Leaving the hostel without permission is strictly prohibited. The institute will not be responsible for any incidents involving students who leave without authorization.
In case of any disputes, jurisdiction will be exclusively in Sikar. The hostel manager reserves the right to expel any student from the hostel without notice for violation of these rules.
