NEET UG 2024 : MBBS Counselling Update

The Rajasthan State Medical Dental Counseling Board has issued a special notice for candidates who have been allotted seats in the third round of the Medical Counseling Committee's (MCC) central counseling. According to the notice, candidates who had joined a college after being allotted a seat in the second round of Rajasthan NEET UG counseling have been given the opportunity to resign. However, they will need to visit their respective colleges to resign, and their security deposit will be forfeited.



 

Key Points of the Notice

 

  • Candidates who have joined a college after securing a seat in the second round of the Rajasthan NEET UG counseling now have the option to resign from their allotted seats if they have been allocated a seat in the third round of MCC counseling.

 

  • Candidates wishing to resign must physically visit their respective colleges to complete the resignation formalities. 

 

  • As part of this process, the security deposit of the candidate will be forfeited if he/she resigns from his/her seat.



Resignation Deadline

 

Candidates who have been allotted an MBBS seat in the third round of the All India 15% quota MBBS-BDS counseling and wish to join the allotted seat can resign from the MBBS seat allotted in the second round of the Rajasthan State 85% quota by Tuesday, 15th October, by 4 PM.
