NEET UG 2024- Challenge of Provisional Answer Key, Display of OMR Sheet and Recorded Response

Hello students, The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the 'Provisional answer key' of the NEET UG exam on its official website exam.nta.ac.in/NEET on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2024 exam can download the Provisional answer key from the official website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

 

National Testing Agency conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) - 2024 for more than 24 lakh candidates at 4750 different Centers located in 571 Cities throughout the country including 14 Cities outside India on 05 May 2024 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. (IST). 

 

Along with the NEET Answer Key, The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2024 on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET for candidates to challenge as per following details:

How to Challenge the Answer Key

 

 

  • Login with your application number and date of birth and enter the security pin displayed and submit.

 

  • Select “OMR Challenge” in the left pane.

 

  • Click on the OMR Challenge link.

 

  • You will see that the following questions are in sequential order: NEET (UG) – 2024 50+50+50+50 Questions Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology.

 

  • Select the questions for which you want to challenge the recorded answer.

 

  • The number next to the question under the ‘Answer captured as per OMR sheet’ column indicates the option selected by the candidates in the OMR answer sheet.

 

  • Once you select a question to challenge, you will see three options under the ‘Candidate Claim’ column.

 

  • If you wish to challenge this option, you can use the options given in the 'Candidate Claim' column.

 

  • After clicking on your desired option for Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology for NEET (UG) – 2024, scroll down, click 'Submit' and proceed to the next screen.

 

  • You will see a screen displaying your challenges.

 

  • Click on 'Submit' and finally pay the fee.

 

  • Choose the mode of payment and pay the processing fee at the rate of ₹ 200/- for each question/grade challenged. Make the payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

 

  • After successful payment, download/print the Answer Key Challenge Receipt



Procedure for Challenge of OMR Answer Sheet Grading and Recorded Responses

 

 

  • Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth and enter Security Pin as displayed and submit.

 

  • Select the “OMR Challenge” in the left pane.

 

  • Click on the OMR Challenge Link.

 

  • You will see the following Questions are in sequential order: NEET (UG)- 2024 50+50+50+50 Questions Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology

 

  • Select Question(s) for which you wish to challenge the Recorded Response.

 

  • The number next to the Question under the column ‘Captured Response as per OMR Sheet’ stands for the option opted by the Candidates in the OMR Answer Sheets.

 

  • Once you select any Question for Challenge, you will see three options under the column ‘Candidate’s Claim’.

 

  • If you wish to challenge this option, you may use the Options given in the ‘Candidate’s Claim’ column.

 

  • After clicking your desired option, for Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology for NEET (UG) - 2024, scroll down, ‘Submit’, and move to the next screen.

 

  • You will see a screen displaying your challenges.

 

  • Click on ‘Submit' and Pay Fee Finally’.

 

  • Select Mode of Payment and Pay a processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each question/grade challenged. Make payment through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

 

  • After successful payment, download/print the Answer Key challenge receipt.
