MCC NEET UG 2025 Counselling Dates & Details: Everything You Need to Know

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under DGHS, has released the comprehensive schedule for NEET UG 2025 counselling under the 15% All‑India Quota (AIQ). This applies to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, and AYUSH seats in AIIMS, JIPMER, Central and Deemed Universities, ESIC, AFMC Pune, and Central Nursing Institutes. 

 

Round 1 (15% AIQ – MBBS, BDS, AYUSH)

Registration & Payment: 21–28 July 2025 (registration until 12:00 noon; payment open till 3:00 PM on 28th)

Choice Filling/Locking: 22–28 July 2025 (choice filling till 11:55 PM; final locking window on 28th from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM)

Seat Allotment Processing: 29–30 July 2025

Result Declaration: 31 July 2025

Reporting/Joining: 1–6 August 2025

 Institute Data Verification: 7–8 August 2025

 

Round 2

 Registration & Payment: 12–18 August 2025 (registration until 12:00 noon; payment open till 3:00 PM on 18th)

Choice Filling/Locking: 13–18 August 2025 (choices till 11:55 PM; locking window on 18th from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM)

Seat Allotment Processing: 19–20 August 2025

 Result Declaration: 21 August 2025

Reporting/Joining: 22–29 August 2025

 Institute Data Verification: 30 August – 1 September 2025

 

Round 3 (Mop‑Up)

 Registration & Payment: 3–8 September 2025 (registration until 12:00 noon; payment available till 3:00 PM on 8th)

Choice Filling/Locking: 3–8 September 2025 (locking window on 8th from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM)

Seat Allotment Processing: 9–10 September 2025

Result Declaration: 11 September 2025

Reporting/Joining: 12–18 September 2025

 Institute Data Verification: 19–21 September 2025

 

Online Stray Vacancy Round

Registration & Payment: 22–24 September 2025 (payment open till 6:00 PM on 24th)

Choice Filling/Locking: 22–25 September 2025 (locking window starts 24 Sept 8:00 PM to 25 Sept 8:00 AM)

Seat Allotment Processing: 25–26 September 2025

Result Declaration: 27 September 2025

Reporting/Joining: 27 September – 3 October 2025

 

How to Register & What to Upload

1. Visit mcc.nic.in UG Medical Counselling

2. Register using NEET UG credentials

3. Pay the processing fee online via debit/credit card or net banking

4. Upload mandatory documents: NEET scorecard, admit card, academic certificates (10th/12th), birth certificate, photo ID, passport-size photograph, and category certificate (if applicable)

5. Fill and lock choices by the deadline

6. Download allotment letter after result is out

7. Report to allotted institute with original documents and fees

8. Institutes verify data on the stated dates

 4. Date of Birth Certificate/10th class mark sheet 
 5. Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
 6. Mark sheets of Class 11th 
 7. Mark sheets of Class 12th 
 8. Domicile Certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र)
 9. ID Proof  Student Aadhar Card   (छात्र का आईडी प्रूफ आधार कार्ड)
 10. Valid Caste Certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र) SC/ST (Central Level + State Level)
 11. Valid Caste certificate [OBC NCL], after 01 Jan 2025 (Center + State Level)
 12. Valid Caste certificate [EWS ], after 01 April 2025 (Center + State Level)
 13.  10 Passport size photo same as affixed on the application form
 14. Valid PwD certificate issued by 16 centers designated by MCC for NEET 2025, if applicable (After Result बनेगा)
 15.Valid WDP / WPP certificates, if applicable for only Army Person
 16. 12th Class TC (Transfer Certificate)
 17. 12th Class Character certificate
 18. 12th Class Migration certificate
 19. Gape Certificate (20/50 Rs के स्टाम्प पेपर पर नजदीकी कोर्ट से सेल्फ स्टडी का सर्टिफिकेट बनवा लेवे)
 20. यदि किसी भी विद्यार्थी ने 12th क्लास के बाद यदि कॉलेज में एडमिशन लिया है तो वे विद्यार्थी अपने कॉलेज की TC, CC, Migration Certificate बनवा लेवे|
