The registration for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025 has started on January 23, 2025 on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ugcet2025. To participate in Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025, it is mandatory to register for UGCET 2025. Candidates who appear for the NEET UG exam but do not apply for UGCET 2025 will not be eligible for KEA NEET UG Counselling 2025. The last date for KEA NEET UG Counselling registration is February 18, 2025. Candidates can apply through the online application form.

Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025 Registration Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025 must meet the following requirements:

General Eligibility:

1. Indian Citizenship – The candidate must be a Citizen of India.

2. NEET Qualification – The candidate must have passed NEET 2025.

3. UGCET Application – The candidate must have filled the UGCET 2025 application form.

Eligibility for Government Seats:

• Candidate must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, he/she must have studied for seven years at a government school located in Karnataka, or

• Candidate must have passed Class 11 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, either of the candidate’s parents must have studied for seven years at an institute located in Karnataka, or

• Candidate and either of his/her parent’s mother tongue is Kannada/Tulu/Kodava. Also, this parent must be a domicile of Karnataka state.

Karnataka NEET UG 2025 Admission Process

• Admission Based on NEET-UG 2025 Score

• Government Colleges (85% Quota): Only candidates who are domicile of Karnataka can apply.

• Private Colleges: Students from other states can take admission only in private medical colleges in Karnataka.

• Private College Fees: The tuition fee for private medical colleges in Karnataka is ₹12 lakh per year (only tuition fee).

Required Documents for Upload

Candidates must upload the following documents during the application process:

1. Passport-sized photograph

2. Signature

3. SSLC/10th standard marks card

4. 2nd PUC/12th standard marks card

5. Any other documents mentioned in the official brochure

Steps to Fill UGCET-2025 Online Application Form

Step 1: Registration & Login

1. Visit the KEA website: https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

2. Click on "Proceed to Registration for New User."

3. Enter your details, including mobile number, and create a password.

4. Upload your photo and submit.

5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

6. After verification, you will get an Application Number & User ID.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

1. Log in using your User ID, Password, and OTP or Face Recognition.

2. Enter your details (Personal Information, Reservation Details, Study Details, Course Details, etc.).

3. Keep your 10th marks card, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, or other required documents ready to enter the correct details.

4. Take a draft printout and check all the information carefully.

5. If corrections are needed, log in again using OTP or Face Recognition and update the details.

Step 3: Payment & Final Submission

1. After verifying all details, select the declaration and proceed to payment.

2. Pay the application fee before the last date.

3. Take a final printout of the application form along with claim certificates (if applicable).
